I have been going through the forum during my quiet time this a.m. and thinking about emails I have recieved in reference to these forums and I would like to speak in defense of the forums and the people on them...For one thing why in the world would someone go on a thread here titled 'drive by smooches' and complain how people are talking there about...drive by smooches? As for what people write about here being "negative", I see BOTH..I see humor in most of it, some conflict in other parts of it-kind of like life..some serious, some lighthearted. In all different perspectives by different people. A range of emotions as well. And opinions I have read in emails, and here on the forum about "angry, unhappy people here" or "lack of substance" I have only to say first..whats sad? There is humor, opinions expressed, and concern from time to time..even forgiveness asked for and recieved. What I think is sad is when someone lacks anything to do in thier personal time, or soul but think of ways to plot against someone who extended them goodwill and think up shallow ways to twist thier motives and leave out info that didnt "fit" in the image they are trying to portray to others. Sorry, I know its upsetting that some of us dont need a pound of make-up and glam photo to look good. I can put on my faded jeans and a t-shirt and a little lip stick and know I look good..if it eats you up..who cares?...And Second, chastising people for not posting substance on a singles site??huh? There is 'Activist Passions' too..some like me have JOBS where we deal with life and death substance in the real world, and responsibilities at home..so what if we laugh here? We dont need to come to a "Passions" site looking for that "substance" 100%..create a website of your own! OR dont read the posts that you think are "beneath" you..we can laugh, and we are not doing it alone.

But also the person just happens to descriptively fit (by coincidence?)..yes. Although I personally could give a rats butt what someone looks like physically( I used to have manic-panic long ruby red hair and wore black velvet and piercings back-in-the-day)..I find other things much more significant about what makes a person:)
